TSP Recreational Soccer League – Season Overview

Season Length:8-week season plus Championship Week Coach trophy 1st Place: Medals 2nd Place: Medals

Divisions & Game Format

• Ages 2.5–3.5: 5v5 (No Goalie)Players may not enter the goalie box when the ball is on the opposite side of the field.
  Ages 3.5–U5: 5v5 (No Goalie)Players may not enter the goalie box when the ball is on the opposite side of the field.
• Ages 5–6: 5v5
  Ages 7–8: 5v5 (subject to change)
• Ages 9–10: 5v5 (subject to change)
•  Ages 11–12: 5v5 (subject to change)
• Ages 13–14: 5v5 (subject to change)
• Referees: 1 referee per field
  

Game Timing

• Standard format: Two 20-minute halves Hot-weather format: Four 10-minute quarters
  

Practices

• 1–2 weekday practices, scheduled at the coach’s discretion Practices may be held at Turlock Sports Park (field rentals available) or anywhere within the City of Turlock.
  

Games

• Saturdays at Turlock Sports Park Address: 801 N. Soderquist Rd, Turlock, CA
  

Communication

• Coaches will contact families after 24 hours of roster release.
  

Equipment Requirements

• Shin guards: Required for safety Cleats: Recommended but not mandatory.
