'24 Free Summer Soccer Clinic

This free clinic is designed to ignite passion and enhance skills, whether your child is stepping onto the field for the first time or looking to refine their techniques.

Location: Turlock Sports Park; 801 N. Soderquist Rd. Turlock CA 95380

Date: Saturday, August 17th, 2024

Ages 10 and Older:

Check-in: 10:00 AM
Training: 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM

This session is ideal for older children seeking to challenge their skills through advanced training techniques and longer sessions. It's also perfectly suited for newcomers eager to dive deep into soccer. Experienced coaches will cover more complex drills, game tactics, and individual skills development.

Ages 5-9

Check-in: 10:30 AM
Training: 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Young athletes will enjoy a session filled with fun activities designed to teach the basics of soccer and team play. For advanced 8 and 9-year-olds, we recommend checking in at 10:00 AM for the older kids' session, although they should still be signed up for this age group to ensure appropriate tracking.

Ages 2-4: Mommy and Me Soccer Head-Start

Check-in: 11:15 AM
Training: 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM

This "Mommy and Me" style session provides a gentle introduction to the world of sports, focusing on basic motor skills and fun interaction with the ball. Advanced 4-year-olds may benefit from participating in the 5-9 age group to challenge their growing skills.

Important Notes for All Participants:

Please bring water and sunscreen to ensure your child stays hydrated and protected.
Wear appropriate sports attire, including soccer cleats and shin guards.
Parents are encouraged to bring snacks and hats for additional comfort.

This clinic is not only an opportunity to learn soccer but also a great way to make new friends and develop a lifelong love for the sport. We look forward to seeing you there!

We are incredibly proud to host several free clinics and camps for our community, a testament to our dedication to providing accessible sports opportunities for all. These events are part of our mission at the Turlock Youth Sports Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our efforts are made possible through the unwavering support of our members and sponsors.

Free Youth Sports Equipment and Back-to-School Apparel Exchange Program

In conjunction with our free soccer camp, we are excited to announce the Free Youth Sports Equipment and Back-to-School Apparel Exchange Program. This initiative aims to support families in preparing for the new school year and sports seasons.

How it Works:

Dates: Monday, August 5th - Friday, August 16th
Time: 7 AM - 12 PM
Location: Turlock Sports Park Facility; 801 N. Soderquist Rd. Turlock, CA 95380

Please bring your gently used sports equipment and back-to-school apparel to our facility during the designated times. Ensure all items are in good condition and visible for inspection by our team.

Note: If your 4-year-old is advanced, consider moving them to the 5-9 age group.

Free Community Sports Equipment and Back-to-School Clothing Exchange:

Time: 9 AM - 12 PM (same day as the clinic)

We encourage families to take only what they need, ensuring enough resources for everyone. Any remaining items at the end of the event will be donated to local thrift shops.
