The Importance of Speed and Agility: Speed and agility are crucial components of athletic performance across a wide range of sports. Speed enhances an athlete's ability to move quickly, which is essential in sports like soccer, basketball, and track, where milliseconds can determine the outcome of a play. Agility, on the other hand, refers to the ability to change direction quickly and efficiently, maintaining control and balance. About the Camp: Powered by XX Functional Fitness, our camp is meticulously designed to foster these essential skills. Under the expert guidance of Alec Schmitt, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and former NCAA athlete, participants will delve into specialized training regimes that cater to young athletes aiming to elevate their performance levels.

TSP Speed & Agility Camp (7 Weeks)
Start Date: Monday, May 4
End Date: Wednesday, June 17
Training Days: Every Monday & Wednesday
Duration: 7 Weeks (14 total sessions)

Level 1: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Level 2: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Level 1 (Beginner)
Focus: Fundamentals & coordination
- Running mechanics (posture, arm swing, stride)
- Basic agility (ladder drills, cone work)

Level 2 (Intermediate / Advanced)
